Key Performance Indicators for Governance Effectiveness in Africa

In this context the Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development in organizing a training on “Key Performance Indicators for Governance Effectiveness in Africa” for post graduate students & staff of the Egypt Japan University for Science & Technology from Egypt & several African countries.

The Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development in organizing a series of training workshops for post graduate students & staff of the Egypt Japan University for Science & Technology from Egypt & several African countries. The 1st & 2nd trainings were organized on “Key Performance Indicators for Governance Effectiveness in Africa” in the form of morning & afternoon groups on 8-9.02.2023, with participants from 11 African countries. By the end of trainings and through various interactive activities, participants were able to identify the importance of key performance indicators and how to manage performance and identify strategic goals and key performance indicators, as well as their types and sources.
