Faculty of Economics and Political Sceince

On the 19th and 20th of February 2024, the Faculty of Economics and Political Science held its annual conference in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, the Public Administration Research and Consultation Center, USAID, UNICEF, and the EU.  The conference aimed at analysing and evaluating the progress of the objectives of Egypt’s 2030 vision, through presenting results and recommendations for the decision makers to help them in the situation analysis, and alternatives design. The first day of the conference started with an opening session with the Participation of representatives of the above-mentioned institution who highlighted the importance and relevance of the conference, especially during this time phase which is crucial in regards to the implementation of Egypt’s vision 2030.

Researchers and experts participated in the sessions of the conference, where they reviewed relevant scientific papers that are of important significance to the multiple aspects of the implementation of 2030 vision. The papers provided empirical data on the status of the progress of achievement of Egypt’s 2030 vision goals, as well as recommendation for the upcoming years.
