The Hanns Foundation in cooperation with the Hidden Pearls Association held a workshop on customer service and dealing with the public in Luxor Governorate.

From February 23 to February 26, a workshop on customer service and dealing with the public was held in Luxor Governorate. The workshop aimed to raise the capacities of the staff of the university and administrative institutions in Luxor, and provided an opportunity to learn communication skills, deal with the public, and provide excellent service. 
The workshop included practical training that allowed participants to apply the knowledge they received in addition to providing innovative solutions to the issues facing customers in Luxor.
