Talking Hands Ambassadors
An Employability Training Program for Empowering Persons with Hearing Disabilities

The capacity building workshops were designed in cooperation with highly qualified trainers and experts to help students and fresh graduates with hearing disabilities discover the jobs available to them and enhance their skills to compete in the labor market. These workshops included teamwork skills, labor market skills, networking skills, communication and presentation skills among many others. The program comes within the project’s main objective to strengthen the economic inclusion of youth, women and persons with disabilities in the sustainable development process.
