Capacity Building Workshop on Business Etiquette

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development held in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation an online-workshop for civil servants about business etiquette and office decorum to help create a comfortable and productive work environment. Nour Elzeny, the workshop trainer, shed light on how to maintain a very high standard of professionalism at work. Participants contributed with their thoughts and practical experiences, which enriched the discussions.
