Capacity Building Workshop on Successful Remote Working Skills

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development held in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation a two-day workshop for civil servants. The online workshop aimed at developing the skills and the necessary tools of participants for remote working, in addition to learning how to overcome the challenges that prevent them from achieving their goals while working from home. Participants engaged in ongoing discussions with their peers on the advantages and challenges of remote working and managed to come up with ideas on how to improve the home office environment.
