Closing Ceremony of the Professional Skills Development Program

Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the National Management Institute in hosting a closing ceremony for the 1st round of the “Professional Skills Development Program” to present the results of the program. Eng. Ghada Labib, Deputy Minister of Planning for Administrative Reform was a main speaker at the event.

In celebration of the finalization of the 1st round of the “Professional Skills Development Program”, Hanns Seidel Foundation and the National Management Institute (NMI) organized a closing ceremony to present the results of the program; which was divided into 3 workshops “Leadership & Performance Development”, “Team Building & Negotiation Skills” and “Reform & Leading Change” with each workshop being divided into basic and advanced levels. The event featured a presentation by Eng. Ghada Labib, Deputy Minister of Planning for Administrative Reform. The event hosted both the participants of the program, their colleagues and managers, as well as media representatives. The event also included a needs assessment and recommendations session after which certificates where handed to the participants.
