Current Administrative Reform Plan

In an effort to raise the knowledge of civil servants regarding the Reform Plan in Egypt, Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) collaborated with the National Management Institute (NMI) to organize a series of workshops, in which many related topics were presented by the instructors, including change management and types of reform strategies. The participants also engaged in group-activities to discuss their ideas on several topics, such as modern and contemporary reform approaches as well as applying effective leadership on contemporary vision of administrative reform.
