Capacity Building Workshop
Employability Skills for Persons with Disabilities

The workshop aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of persons with disabilities and rehabilitate them in line with the requirements of the labor market. It was offered to a group of students with disabilities at the faculty of economics and political science in order to raise their capacities and job qualifications. The training has resulted in an increased self-confidence within the students, they acquired public speaking skills as well as communication, problem solving, time management, and decision making skills as well as other skills through their active participation in the program.
