Employability Skills

Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the Public Administration Research and Consultation Center (PARC) to organize a series of workshops for university students. The series aimed at developing the employability skills of university students and comprised of basic and advanced workshops. The instructor presented basic topics such as communication, negotiation and interview skills, along with CV writing and team building and the students implemented these skills in group activities. The more advanced topics included time management, patterns of leading by example and strategic thinking.
