People find themselves challenged when adapting to a new unfamiliar lifestyle. In efforts to reduce COVID-19’s repercussions on the work environment of civil servants, Hanns Seidel Foundation and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities worked together in organizing a workshop on crisis management and leadership behavior. The workshop tackled ways to overcome obstacles of remote working and how to manage crises. Participants were highly active throughout the workshop and showed great keenness to learn new methods for coping with the pandemic.
