Governance and Sustainable Development and their Impact on Organizational Goals and Performance

Through their mutual goal of supporting the administrative reform and in support of the Egyptian efforts to build African cadres with necessary capabilities to achieve the continent’s Agenda 2063, Hanns Seidel Foundation & the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development provided a program with participants from Africa titled ''Governance and Sustainable Development and their Impact on the Organizational Goals and Performance''.

Aiming to effectively contribute to the sustainable development efforts in the African continent, and to increase the awareness and capacities of civil servants from all over Africa regarding good governance for performance improvement, Agenda 2063 implementation, and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, a virtual training program was implemented within the cooperation between Hanns Seidel Foundation and the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development. The program which lasted for five days provided training sessions on governance, management, strategic planning and sustainable development.
