Online Capacity Building Workshop for Civil Servants on “Leadership Behavior & Crisis Management”

A workshop was organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation and the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development on Leadership Behavior & Crisis Management. The workshop was tailor-made for top and middle management civil servants from different ministries and governmental institutions, with the aim of supporting them to excel at their work amidst the COVD-19 pandemic. This workshop was planned to decrease the repercussions of the pandemic on the leadership skills of the participants. The pandemic not only affected their work methods; i.e. remote working vs office work, it also affected their leadership abilities. Participants were extremely engaged in this workshop, with great keenness to learn new strategies and management tools during times of crises.
