Online Capacity Building Workshop on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in the Workforce

Hanns Seidel Foundation organized a workshop in collaboration with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development for civil servants from different Egyptian ministries and governmental institutions. This workshop aimed to raise awareness on persons with disabilities’ rights in light of law Nr.10/2018 as well as the Civil Service Law. One of the main objectives focuses on the art of interacting with persons with disabilities and developing practical solutions for real-life problems that they face. These objectives aim to integrate them more into the community without having their disability be a factor in their marginalization or exclusion from their basic rights.
