In collaboration with Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS), the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) organized a workshop on Project Management and Fundraising Key Performance Indicators. The workshop comes as part of the BA and HSS’s collaboration and the vision to build employees’ capacities.

The 10-day workshop planned by Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) and Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) focused mainly on the essentials of project management and fundraising Key Performance Indicators. The workshop aimed at developing the capacities of the BA employees in the field of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to reach the best outcomes of their implemented funded projects. Ideas on how to integrate project management and fundraising KPI’s within the process of grants initiation, project design, identifying and analyzing risks, delivery and evaluation including studied benchmarks were also discussed during the workshop.
