Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the Public Administration Research and Consultation Center in organizing a seminar for Cairo University’s staff and students. Dr. Saleh El-Sheikh, Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA), who was the main speaker in the seminar discussed the role of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in reforming the Egyptian administrative system mentioning the challenges and opportunities. He also presented some of the achievement realized by CAOA and their impact on the individuals. The presentation was followed up by an open discussion.
