She Is Able

In continuation of the International Women’s Day conference proceedings organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation and Bibliotheca Alexandrina, “She Is Able” was a 5-day workshop held in celebration of this occasion. The workshop aimed at helping women with disabilities to succeed as entrepreneurs through a series of presentations explaining important concepts as well as practical group activities. The topics tackled in this workshop included the concept of a project plan and steps to develop one, evaluating the project’s idea using SWOT, concepts of marketing, market research and marketing plan, determining capital and human resources needed to start a project and planning for profit.
