Strategic Planning & Performance Indicators

Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the Public Administration Research and Consultation Center (PARC) in organizing a series of institutional capacity building workshops for Cairo University’s staff. The 1^st workshop was attended by university professors, while the 2^nd was attended by the Cairo University’s strategic planning coordinators and both tackled “phrasing the vision, mission and values and developing strategic plans as well as, SWOT analysis and performance indicators”. The topics were tackled through a combination of presentations and discussions.
