In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations have asked their employees to work remotely. The new policies have left many employees and their managers working separately out of the office for the first time. Hanns Seidel Foundation & the National Council for Persons with Disabilities held a workshop to raise the knowledge and skills of civil society organizations working in the field of disability, on successful remote working skills. In this online workshop participants developed the skills and the necessary tools needed for remote working as well as learned how to overcome the challenges that prevent them from achieving their goals while working from home.
