Team Building & Negotiation Skills (Basic & Advanced)

Inclusive capacity building workshops were carried out by Hanns Seidel Foundation and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD). Bringing a diverse group of participants together, the workshop allowed participants; partially persons with disabilities, to obtain effective communication and negotiation skills as well as the necessary team building skills; allowing them a chance to excel in the competitive nature of the workplace. Staff from associations working in the field of disability, NCPD staff, as well as participants from the Ministry of Justice took part in this workshop. Participants engaged in multiple group activities as well as discussions that enabled them to practice real-life negotiation and team building skills.
