The Civil Service Law in Four Years: November 2016 – November 2020

The Civil Service Law (No. 81/2016) has been effective for 4 years.
However, its impact on employees of the administrative system
and its consistency within the policy framework in relation to the
administrative reform process in Egypt, requires continuous
assessment. Accordingly, Hanns Seidel Foundation & the Public
Administration Research & Consultation Center organized a
seminar on the civil service law within the past 4 years, where the
former Advisor to the Minister of Planning for Administrative
Development, and vice president of the Arab Institute for
Leadership at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology,
Dr. Tarek Mohamed El Hosary, led the discussion.
