ToT on Inclusive Training

With supporting the economic inclusion of youth, women and persons with disabilities as a goal, Hanns Seidel Foundation collaborated with the Public Administration Research and Consultation Center in organizing 2 ToT workshops. The workshops focused on preparing trainers to be able to provide inclusive training to persons with visual disabilities. Each workshop was divided into 3 parts; concepts, definitions of disability, training skills and training persons with visual disabilities, with the 1^st and 3^rd parts being given by trainers with visual disability. The workshops were held at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science with a total of 34 participants sharing their experiences and creative ideas together.
