Capacity Building Workshop
Institutional Capacity Building for FEPS Staff Performance Excellence

The workshop comes within the HSS’ objective to support administrative reform through sensitizing related stakeholders on current development strategies and administrative reforms. It focused on preparing the faculty’s excellence file for the Arab Excellence Award through linking theoretical concepts directly to the faculty’s file. Participants were actively engaged throughout the entire workshop, which helped in increasing the capacities of the faculty’s staff in regard of performance excellence & administrative reform.
